Find answers about points, rewards, and your account
Every completed survey pays out points based on its length — for example, a 5-minute survey gives about 100 points. Points appear in your balance right after you finish.
Points are added to your account immediately after a survey is submitted. If you completed an external survey, it may take up to 24 hours to sync.
Go to the Rewards Store from your dashboard, choose a gift card (Amazon, JD, Starbucks) or cash payout (PayPal, WeChat, Alipay), and redeem with your points.
You can redeem gift cards from 1,000 points (≈ ¥10) and cash payouts from ¥30. New users also get 500 points + a ¥10 gift card after their first survey.
First check that the survey partner has confirmed completion. If it's still missing after 24 hours, contact us with your account email and we'll sort it out.
Yes. Your answers are encrypted and never sold. We only use your profile to match you with relevant surveys.

By creating an account on Veriva Insights, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. One person may hold only one account; duplicated or fraudulent accounts may be suspended.
Rewards are granted after a survey is validated by the research partner. We may withhold rewards for low-quality or inconsistent responses.
Do not use bots, proxies, or misleading answers. Misuse may result in forfeited points and termination of your account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

We collect your email, profile details you provide, and the survey responses you submit. We do not collect payment information.
Your responses are used to match you with relevant surveys and to deliver rewards. Aggregated, anonymized data may be shared with research partners.
Individual responses are encrypted and never sold. Research partners receive only anonymous, combined insights.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time from Settings or by contacting us.
For any privacy request, email sales@verivainsights.com and we will respond within 30 days.
